Absolutely. Our models are structured to support coordination workflows. Whether we lead the process or integrate with your team, our models can be used directly for clash detection, spatial planning, and interdisciplinary reviews.
Instead of relying solely on traditional LOD terms, we follow the ISO 19650 framework and define a Level of Information Need that includes geometry, data, and documentation requirements. This is specified in our Pre-appointment BIM Execution Plan, which we develop and manage through Plannerly, ensuring clarity and alignment with your project goals.
Not necessarily. If you already have models, we can review them through our Model Quality Assurance process to assess accuracy, completeness, and coordination readiness. Depending on your goals, we may enhance the existing model or only model certain scopes to fill gaps.
No, you don’t need to worry about that. We include the cost of ACC access in our proposals, so there’s no separate license fee for you. All you need is a free Autodesk account to access models, issues, and project files through the platform.
